TT Hongli Tieren Ground Type Gundam Model Kit Assembly Review

This is my first gundam model kit assembly review on My Love For Life Review. I will be covering the TT Hongli High Grade (HG) 1/144 scale Tieren Ground Type from the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series. The first pic shows the box art of the TT Hongli HG Tieren Ground Type.

TT Hongli HG Tieren Ground Type gundam model kit instruction manual.

Notice how the original Japanese text have been replaced with Chinese instructions.

Some of the parts labels are still in Japanese. Guess it wont make much difference not to translate them into Chinese then.

I can't read Japanese or Chinese but one doesn't need to for gundam model kit assembly. The instruction manual is very well illustrated so anyone who can follow guided pictorial instructions can assemble the kit.

I am quite impressed with the quality of this kit. I think it has more than 90% match with its Bandai counterpart. You can do a side by side comparison by opening Dalong's HG Tieren info page and comparing it to this review. Everything is a very close match by appearance. The TT Hongli HG Tieren Ground Type does have tighter joints so you need to exert more force to pose it. One major flaw is that the torso joint connecting the upper body with the lower body is very loose. A slight pull will separate the two apart.

All in all this is a good kit. It costs half of its Bandai counterpart. My Love For Life gundam review rating for TT Hongli HG Tieren Ground Type: 3.5/5

I will do a follow up poseability review on this in the future so stay tuned.

Great. I have this Tieren from HongLi as well, and I love it so much. If BANDAI ever make this Ground Tieren into MG, I'll definitely buy it for sure.

Haha so your first gunpla review is on a bootleg? Quality looks surprisingly good though, but then TT Hongli is one of the most well known bootleg brands for gunpla afterall...
